Cheers, that's kind of what I was going for. I know it's not exactly an original concept, but as far as I know it's not a direct rip off either. Tbh it was meant to have more flare at the top, but I had a bit of tear out so re-shaped it.

Body basically done. In this video I get to the point where I'm ready to glue the fretboard and neck in place.

Stuff from stewmac arrived, so couldn't resist a quick mock up:

And strung her up to get the bridge location right

Still needs a sh*tload of finish sanding. I also shaped the neck, it's quite a bit thinner then a typical LP, particularly at the edges.

Guitar is woodwork complete. Finish sanding is at about 50%.

Thanks very much. The top and face of the headstock will be finished in solid white, with the back, sides, and back of the neck all with just a clear finish. I use waterbased lacquer to finish, because it is illegal to spray nitro where I live without a certified spray facility. Needs a lot of sanding and grain filling before it will be ready for that, though. Couple of weeks, maybe.
