That guitar looks fantastic as is.
I’m building a couple guitars and a bass Wandré style.
Neck shaft and headstock are aluminum, fretboards are rosewood and ebony.
I’ve found that maybe 80% of the time or more you can tap a high fret down.
Those brass fret setters are super helpful
I’ve only wicked the super thin ca (with a wicking tip) in after the frets were already in. Wax or oil on the fretboard first keeps the glue...
