    Hi Gennadiy,

I am the owner of RS-Library.
Hopefully I can help you out although its been a few months.
The Body is made up of 2x layers of 18-19mm blockboard (pinecore) these have Oak sections inserted to add strength which holds neck, tremolo, neck.
The blockboard is hollowed out with a router, 16-17mm deep, so you don't go all the way through, the only totally through cut is the electronic chamber, some of this is under cut with the router.
The 3rd layer is basically a veneer cut out, which covers the body.

    Hi Gennadiy,

Sorry, I missed your post, I only just saw Matts reply.
The first picture you cited are the routing templates, not the actual body parts.
And in the second picture, two of these templates are used as clamping cawls.

    Cheers,
    Markus
