Sorry my comment derailed your thread there...

I never would have thought I'd see an argument like that here. I expect that in my bike and skateboard forums, but man I thought that everyone here was super hyped on just building guitars. Oh well, conflicting opinions never seem to end well.

Good job, Skeels...whatever it is. :p

Mighty fine craftsmanship, and it's a guitar....that's what matters

So, what do you call a guitar with a tele shaped body outline, a strat neck, two single pickups, in-line tuners, a strat output jack, 21 frets, a shaped body, a zero fret, and tele electronics?
    (and it is a leftie)

I called it a Billycaster, but I could be wrong.

I don't care what you call it, I think it's cool as hell!! The spine at the neck transition is an interesting detail. I wonder what that feels like. Very nice job!!:yesway::yesway:

    Welcome fellow lefty .
Many would call it a Partscaster .

It's a DNG - Damn Nice Guitar. Substitute 'Darn' for Damn as needed.

There, it's settled. Now lets all go have some cake ;)

That is your take on a Tele inspired guitar. I think it's beautiful!
