The bastards have quit carrying Titebond Original in 16 oz bottles. They now have it only in 8 oz and gallon sizes. The cost per ounce of the 8 oz size is, of course, higher than it was in the 16 oz size. A gallon would probably go bad on me before I used it all. a 16 oz bottle lasts me a couple of months.

I've got a 5 gallon jug of Titebond I've had for years that hasn't gone bad on me yet. Home Depot indeed sucks though.

I read on the Titebond website that it should have a 2 year shelf life - longer if refrigerated. Maybe I'll just get a gallon and keep refilling that 16 oz bottle.

The 5 gallon bucket I've got is at least 8 years old

I've also got some Titebond Imperial that Collings gave me that was from 2010 or 2011, works great.

My store is out, and it's no longer listed on their website - only 8 oz and gallon

It's still listed as available from Lowe's, so I'll grab a couple of bottles when I'm in Joplin this weekend.

Went to Lowe's in Joplin today and bought three 16 oz bottles of Titebond Original. That'll hold me a while.

Thank goodness My Mom and Pop up the street still carries it on the regular.
Yeah, the whole Home Depot sucking thing...
I went over the other day, I needed some brass round stock, they no longer keep it
in store, because people keep stealing it.

Steeling the brass? I thought that only went on at my HD.
I bought a 1lbs. can of bondo a couple weeks ago. When I opened the can it was at least half gone. Then I was buying some gopher poison last week, someone had removed the caps and taken various amounts out of each container. They were also supposed to be 1 lbs. I have also bought powdered grout only to find I purchased half of what was supposed to be there...
    Some people....

I'm getting so sick of these big box stores. I can never find someone to ask for assistance, and on the odd chance I do find someone, they know absolute dick.

I used to work at HQ(the green store Home Depot put out of business), and they put me behind a register. I knew more about tools and fasteners and lumber than half the people employed there, and they had me dinging a flippin' register.

Our Home Depot's employees are only good for pointing out what aisle to find what I'm looking for. Forget about pro-tips...nobody knows anything there.
