Aluminum Neck Build Relief Into The Frets???

    I’m building a couple guitars and a bass Wandré style.

    Neck shaft and headstock are aluminum, fretboards are rosewood and ebony.

    The first guitar turned out pretty great, learned a lot, fretwork came out flat and smooth.

    But there’s no truss rod and that metal neck shaft isn’t going to flex under any string tension.

    Is there any good way to build some relief into the fret level?
